PLACING AN ORDER
Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Placing orders online is easy, convenient and secure however if you are not comfortable with online ordering you may place a telephone order during studio hours. Please understand we are a small company and you may need to leave a message. A representative will return your call as soon as possible.
Studio Hours
Monday-Thursday from 9:30am - 4:00pm CST.
Friday from 9:30am - 1:00pm CST.
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
We will be closed on the following for holiday:
Memorial Day - May 26th
4th of July - July 4th
Labor Day - September 1st
Thanksgiving - November 27th & 28th

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express.
Texas residents must pay applicable sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship outside the continental US or to Hawaii, Canada, Alaska or Puerto Rico. If you placed an order prior to 6/26/2006 going to one of these destinations it will still ship according to the schedule you were given at the time you ordered.
Shipping to freight forwarding companies is welcomed and recommended for international shipping.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the total value of your order (see chart below). This charge covers both the shipping and handling of your order. We take pride in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. Our products are packaged in large boxes with plenty of packing material.

3 Day Select � US Shipping Only
Estimated shipping transit time is 3-4 business days AFTER your order leaves our studio.
Second Day Air � US Shipping Only
Estimated shipping transit time is 2-3 business days AFTER your order leaves our studio.
Selecting expedited shipping WILL NOT expedite production time.
